(You will receive a discount code in the first registration's confirmation e-mail. Limited to one discount per individual registration. Not applicable to tutorial-only or Research & Innovation-only registration.)
Academic / Government Discount
Full-time academics and government employees attend the symposium for half price! Please use code GOVACAD when registering. If you have any questions about whether you qualify please write to email@example.com. (Not eligible for the team discount, sorry.)

All payments must be made on or before the first day of the Symposium. Payments not made until on/after the symposium date will be due at the full, onsite conference rate. If you intend to pay by purchase order, it must be authorized by Alta Plana in advance. Attendee substitutions are permitted without charge. Cancellations made on or prior to April 8, 2013 will incur a cancellation fee of $100, and cancellations up to May 1 will incur a $200 fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after May 1, 2013 although we will gladly transfer your registration to another individual from your organization.
If for reasons of Force Majeure the Event cannot take place as scheduled the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the Event to a date and place of its choosing.
